Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer ready to take the next step in your career?
CBW Staffing Solutions is excited to partner with a leading FM service provider to recruit for a permanent position based at a high-profile commercial site in the heart of Green Park, West London.
Join a skilled 2-man team maintaining a large and complex building where no two days are the same. If you’ve got a solid background in commercial maintenance and thrive in a client-facing environment — we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planned & reactive electrical maintenance
- Emergency lighting & control panel fault-finding
- Small installations & lighting replacements
- Monitoring BMS systems (hot/cold)
- Water flushing, temperature checks, fire damper inspections
- Pumps, motors, boosted water systems
- PPMs, sub-contractor management, permit to work
- Fabric & basic plumbing (e.g. unblocking toilets)
- Logbook maintenance & client interaction
What You’ll Need:
- Electrical qualifications – Level 3 + 18th Edition
- Strong background in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with a hands-on attitude
- Job Logic experience desirable
- Excellent communication & client-facing skills
- Must provide valid trade certificates
