Arcus FM are hiring a Refrigeration Improver with ambition and a desire to learn, develop, and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What you'll be doing:
As a Refrigeration Improver, you'll travel across your region to carry out routine maintenance and reactive repair work on refrigeration systems. You'll work closely with experienced engineers, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a wide range of systems across retail sites.
No two days are the same - you'll be out on the road, solving problems, and learning new skills in a real-world environment. This role is ideal for someone who is F-Gas qualified, has some refrigeration experience, and wants to grow their career.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- C&G 2079 / F-Gas qualification
- Valid UK driver's licence
- Basic refrigeration knowledge
- Comfortable using handheld IT devices
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Good awareness of health & safety
Desirable:
- Supermarket refrigeration experience
Additional info:
- The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
