We’re growing our team and looking for a Multi-trade Carpenter to join our friendly and professional in-house workforce. If you’re highly skilled, take pride in your craft, and enjoy variety in your day, this could be the perfect role for you.

As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for delivering Void and Responsive repairs to our social housing stock—making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

What will you be doing?

This role is ideal for someone with expertise in two primary trades, including:

Carpentry: 2nd fix works such as flooring, staircase and balustrades, kitchen installations, doors, mouldings, glazing, and fencing.

Plus another trade: You’ll also bring skills from a related trade to support a wide range of repairs. Plumbing, plastering or locksmith advantageous.

You’ll need to work independently, follow strict Health & Safety guidelines, and always maintain a high-quality standard of workmanship.
