Summary
Role Purpose
To lead the Heritage Growth project from mobilisation through to delivery and closure, ensuring effective coordination, budget control, and high-quality heritage outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Heritage Growth project, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
•Coordinate activities: oral history interviews, workshops, film production, educational resources, and celebration events.
•Manage and support the project team including volunteers, filmmaker, evaluator, and community partners.
•Maintain strict budget controls, monitor monthly spend, and liaise with trustees on financial oversight.
•Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and retention of project contributors and participants.
•Oversee archiving, consent documentation, safeguarding, and digital outputs.
•Deliver monthly progress reports and ensure compliance with NLHF requirements.
•Represent the project at community events, schools, and cultural partner meetings.
