Job Description

Role – Business Support Officer (Business Administration, Leadership Support Services)
Location – GCHSCP, Commonwealth House, 32 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1LH
Contract Status – 1 x Permanent & 1 x Temporary, up to 18 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Business Administration, providing essential support to the Leadership Team at Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP). Leadership Business Support plays a vital role in enabling the delivery of key services to the people of Glasgow.

This is a key position within GCHSCP, working closely with the Senior Management Team to support a wide range of tasks and activities that ensure the smooth operation of the partnership.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong experience in minute taking and diary management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Confidence, motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with professionalism

You will work directly with senior managers, internal and external partners, and stakeholders, including the Integration Joint Board (IJB) and Elected Members.

These roles are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).
