Summary
Are you ready to shape the future of revenue strategy across a dynamic hotel portfolio?
We’re looking for a Regional Revenue Manager to lead pricing, promotions, and revenue strategies across a cluster of hotels. You’ll be the driving force behind aligning property performance with our centralised revenue vision, working closely with hotel teams, system providers, and commercial leaders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue across all market segments.
- Own forecasting, demand calendars, and performance analytics.
- Participate in commercial strategy meetings and support revenue generation activities.
- Ensure best practice across systems like IDeaS and Protel PMS
- Build strong relationships with hotel teams and contribute to training and induction processes within the on-site sales offices
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in revenue management (hospitality experience a plus).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially savvy, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively.
The Details:
- 40 hours per week | Permanent
- Remote working with bi-monthly hotel visits (overnight stays provided)
- Attendance at quarterly team meetings across the estate
- Statutory training and development support
