Supporting all Phoenix UK businesses, the team is vital in delivering financial clarity, robust vendor management, and secure mobile device lifecycle operations. With a commitment to innovation, accuracy, and lean processes, we work cross-functionally to improve how IT supports healthcare delivery across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the full cost lifecycle of UK IT services, including vendor billing and contract oversight.
  • Administer mobile device lifecycle processes: procurement, billing, usage monitoring, and secure deployment.
  • You will support the full contract lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, terminations, and ensuring financial and service-level compliance across all vendor engagements including conducting contract and invoice audits to ensure accuracy and eliminate redundant services.
  • Analyse financial data and support IT budget planning and cost reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records using CMDB and ITSM tools; produce reports using Microsoft 365 and Excel.
  • Support IT service catalogue and asset management, driving efficiency through continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong financial and vendor management experience, particularly with IT contracts and cost reconciliation.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy.
  • Experience of process documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CMDB, and ITSM tools is desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps or automation tools is an advantage
  • Effective communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Organised, independent, and process-driven with a focus on lean practices.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or experience working within ITIL-aligned environments is desirable.
  • NVQ-level qualifications in Finance or Business Administration is desirable.
