Are you ready to take the lead in shaping exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels: phone, email, video, social media, and more?
We're exploring the possibility of bringing on a dynamic Customer Service Team Leader who can help us elevate our Basildon contact centre operations to the next level.
In this role, you'd be instrumental in supporting day-to-day activity, assessing resourcing needs, and contributing to both short-term goals and our long-term vision. You'd work closely with the Customer Performance Manager to uphold KPIs and SLAs, while fostering a culture of "right first time" and continuous improvement.We're particularly interested in individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams through change, and are passionate about delivering outstanding service. What this role could involve:

  • Leading a team to deliver high performance and a great customer experience.
