Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) | £20 per hour (£45,760 per annum) | Day Shifts, 44 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
- Previous experience in a nursing home or dementia care setting is essential
- Excellent clinical knowledge and confident in managing long-term and palliative care needs
- Strong team player with good communication and leadership skills
- Committed to delivering high standards of care and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents with varying needs, including complex dementia and long-term conditions
- Lead shifts and coordinate care plans in collaboration with the wider care team
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records in line with regulatory standards
- Promote best practice in line with CQC and NMC guidelines
- Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive working environment
