- Examine plans and specifications for compliance with building regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Provide expert advice to developers, contractors, and the public.
- Investigate breaches and enforce regulations where necessary.
- Support junior officers and contribute to service improvement.
