Summary

Administrator – Swaffham (6-12 month contract)

This is a great opportunity for someone to come join our growing client, supporting the team in answering incoming calls (99% support requests) – they currently receive around 500 calls per week.
You will be required to ask questions about the user, location, contact details, availability and the problem based on a workflow and log that in our ticketing system.

Our client will provide all the IT equipment and phone system / headset etc.

£24,000

Hours 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
1 x Hour for Lunch.
25 x Days Holiday Pro Rata

Requirements


The person must have a very good phone manor.
Very good people person and outgoing personality.
Calm but can handle one call after another for sustained periods.
Customer Service focused.
Can follow process as every client has different requirements for logging tickets.
Is good with IT – we use a ticketing system, Outlook etc.
Anyone with a future interest in working for an IT company would be good.
