About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and being the voice of the customer within a business? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are understood, recorded, and actioned promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls from customers, providing friendly and efficient support.
• Log customer inquiries accurately in our system, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
• Quotation Follow up, follow up with customers regarding submitted quotes.
• Track orders from placement to delivery, providing updates to customers as needed.
• Liaise with clients to confirm delivery requirements and product timelines.
• Communicate changes to plans proactively, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Contract Management, and Senior Management to resolve customer issues and streamline processes. Go to the factory floor and find the facts.
• Champion the customer’s perspective by advocating their needs and feedback throughout the business.
Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a customer service, administrative or order processing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm under pressure
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Confident liaising with colleagues at all levels of the business.
