Summary
Provide the highest standard of care and be an effective communicator.Work in collaboration with the healthcare teams.Undertake delegated nursing tasks as deemed necessary to enhance patient care, some of which will be competency based.Promote and maintain a safe comfortable therapeutic environment for patients and families.Work without direct supervision once deemed competent.
