Summary
Leadership Support in the provision of a multi-professional EOLC education programme which is responsive to the needs of care homes and home-care agencies. Support in the promotion of an EOLC care home education programme and the wider support available through Rennie Grove Peace. Operational Support with the recording and reporting of the monthly activity of the care home education programme. Support with the promotion of the service. Clinical practice With support deliver an educational programme to care homes and home care agencies acting as a role model and always demonstrating Rennie Grove Peace values. Ensure own knowledge and skills are updated and maintained. Professional/Personal Understand and comply with all Rennie Grove Peace policies and procedures. Maintain required organisational standards for all mandatory training. Keep up to date with current legislation and any training relevant to role. Demonstrate ongoing personal and professional development in accordance with annual Individual Progress Review (IPR) system. Ensure that information (in any form) relating to patients, staff, volunteers, customers and supporters is always protected and treated confidentially and complies with current data protection laws. Attend relevant meetings as appropriate.
