Summary

Job Title: Contracts Officer
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31/07/2026
Salary: £35,928.31 per annum (£37,176.40 is achieved after 18 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: Full Time - 37.5 Hours
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Location: Hybrid / Working across 3 different schemes in Hull

The difference you will make as a Contracts Officer

You will be working as a key individual within the project team, the PFI Contracts Officer will be required to perform contract monitoring duties as part of the PFI project team and the operational team, seeking out best practice and ensuring an excellent service delivery to the Hull PFI.

The PFI Contracts Officer will ensure that the services meet their internal performance targets and the contract specific targets as set in the Hull PFI Output Specification, to actively work towards minimising the risk of financial penalties to the PFI project.

The PFI Contracts Officer will provide support to the Contracts Manager and is expected to deputise for the Contract Manager in his/her absence.

About you

We are looking for someone with

  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience of working within a housing and/or support environment
  • Experience of working with vulnerable customers
  • Good communication and conflict resolution skills
