Summary
Nettletons Jewellers LTD in Clitheroe are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship over the duration of 16 months.
• General admin duties
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Meeting and greeting suppliers
• Displaying
• Cleaning goods
• General cleaning (workstations)
• Helping other staff members
• Answering enquiries
• Chasing up enquiries
• Have a bubbly/friendly personality
• Can work well in a team
• Can listen and work to instruction from management
• Good on computers (excel, emails, social)
• Immaculately presented
• Ambitious
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 9:00-5:00pm, 30 minutes for lunch, 30 hours per week
