We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Refuse/Recycling Loader to join our friendly team at the Richmond depot. You’ll be working across a beautiful stretch of North Yorkshire, covering scenic rural areas, charming towns, and picturesque villages.


No experience? No problem. Full training will be provided, so whether you're starting out or looking for a fresh challenge, we’ll support you every step of the way.


Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be:

· Collecting and emptying receptacles.

· Removing spillages

· Checking service lists and reporting instances outside of acceptable presentation.

· Supporting the driver in undertaking risk assessments.

· Assisting the driver, ensuring manoeuvres are completed safely and mitigate the risk to pedestrians and other road users.

· Responsible for the health and safety of self and colleagues, ensuring that all safe working practices are followed.

· Trained in cleansing duties to meet operational needs.

Shifts are currently 4 days per week, Tuesday - Friday, and may incorporate weekend work, in line with service needs. Hours are worked between 06:00 and 18:00.
