Summary
Connect Driver Solutions - one of Scotland's most trusted driving and transport recruitment agencies - is currently recruiting a Class 1 Driver to work with one of our reputable client's in Coatbridge.
What's on offer?
- Location: Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire
- Pay: £16.04 p/h (weekdays) and £24.08 p/h (weekends)
- Shifts: Thursday to Monday (primarily)
- Start Date: Immediate start available
Whether you're looking for regular driving work or something more flexible, we have a role to suit you. Your duties as a Class 1 Driver will include, but not limited to:
- Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Perform daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Maintain compliance with Working Time Directive, driver hours, and rest period regulations
To be successful in this Class 1 Driver role, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:
- A valid CAT C+E licence/LGV 1/HGV 1 licence
- Minimum 6 months' experience driving Class 1 vehicles
- A valid CPC (Driver Qualification Card) and digital tachograph card
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted
