Summary
To provide general, specific and specialist information to patients and clinicalteams regarding lung cancer and cancer services, to ensure patients are signposted at all times during their treatment and beyond Provide information and support for people with care needs Engage with the community services as appropriate Recording patient information on the Trusts Systems Contribute to maintaining and organising the day to day running of the Lung Cancer service, Cancer Nursing service dealing with phone calls, referrals, emails, patient queries etc. Carry out holistic needs assessment (at times using e-HNA on an iPad) either by telephone or face to face and signpost according to patients concerns Full details of the job can be viewed in the Job description , and the personal specification attached.
