Summary
Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning with organisational goal Leadership and Communication:Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build consensus, and foster collaboration Agile and Lean Methodologies:Experience working in agile environments and applying lean principles to optimise product development processes Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience working with GDS standards and best practices Knowledge of digital health in the NHS, understanding of health and care information governance and software change validation procedures Understanding of clinical safety and risk management in digital health The ability to speak Welsh.
