Summary
Porter / Maintenance Assistant (Ref: 222051)
Substantive, Full Time - 37 hours per week
Band 2 Salary £25,694 - £27,900 per annum with enhancements paid for Weekend Working
Distant Island Allowance of £2,482 per annum
We are looking for a self-motivated person to assist in carrying out routine maintenance across all NHS Shetland properties and estate.
You will have previous experience either as a handyperson or in the building trade, together with a good general knowledge of maintenance. Good communication skills, computer literacy, pride in your work and the ability to work alone using your own initiative are all essential requirements. A current full driving licence is essential to carry out this role.
