Summary

• Working with thePharmacy and Medicines teamtosupport the facilitation, development,deliveryand implementation of the Clinical Governance framework for Pharmacy and Medicines across the Provide Group

• Support the implementation of the Pharmacy and Medicinesworkplan,supporting the GovernanceLeadtocollateevidenceandauditcompliance across Pharmacy and Medicines on Clinical governance, assurance,riskmanagement, medicines security, medicinessafetyand clinical audit

• Support the implementation ofthe pharmacy and medicines clinical audit programme, support medicines safetyissuesidentifiedvia assurance visits or other methodse.gdatixanalysis,ensuringcompliance against all standards, supportingevidencegatheringandactionsrequiredto mitigate risk whereappropriate.

• Support theHead ofPharmacy and Medicines to gather and collateevidence to provide assurance on regulatory requirements including CQC, Quality Accounts, Pharmacy and Medicines Assurance frameworks, Security and Audit

• Support the delivery ofquality improvementmethodologiesrelating to pharmacy and medicinesacross services where thisis considered to bebeneficial tooptimalservicedelivery

• Deputise for theGovernanceLead Pharmacyand Medicinesas and whenrequired
