The Role

We're seeking a passionate Primary SEN Teacher to lead a small KS2 class from September. Whether you're an experienced SEN practitioner or a mainstream primary teacher ready to explore specialist education, this role offers the chance to work in a setting where every child's needs are truly understood and supported.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and report on pupil progress
- Adapt teaching to meet diverse needs and strengths
- Promote wellbeing and safeguard all pupils
- Build strong relationships with families and carers
- Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and leadership
- Engage in CPD and contribute to school improvement

What We're Looking For
- Qualified teacher meeting Teachers' Standards
- KS2 teaching experience (mainstream or SEN)
- Enthusiasm for SEN and a growth mindset
- Strong classroom management and a nurturing approach
- Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities over time
