At Long Term Futures, we're excited to be working with a forward-thinking specialist college in Coventry that supports young adults aged 16-25 with complex additional needs, including Autism, physical disabilities, and profound learning difficulties. We're on the lookout for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who can bring energy, patience, and compassion to this rewarding role.
This is more than just a classroom position-it's an opportunity to support students in building independence, confidence, and real-world skills that will serve them well beyond college life.
