We are recruiting a Clinical Lead Registered Nurse for our specialist service within Cuerden Care Homes. Our homes are based in Wigan, Bolton and Bamber Bridge, Preston.

This role will support the home manager and current staff team in the day to day running of the service.

Cuerden Cares Specialist services offer placements for people who need specialist support during difficult times in their lives. Our homes are purpose built and offer a lovely environment for people living with us.

The homes support people who may have a diagnosis of severe and enduring mental health, neurodiversity, complex physical health needs and Neurological conditions.

Cuerden Care has over 250 specialist care beds and has supportive management clinical teams and all homes are rated “Good” with CQC.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to fit into our current management team. The person needs to have the ability and the drive to help people achieve their goals, have active busy and enjoyable lives and work well with the wider MDT.

The post holder will need to have experience as a registered nurse and be able to lead a team of nurses and staff with the support of the home manager.

We are looking for a person with a cheerful, approachable attitude who is able to support a staff team and work alongside the home manager in constantly making improvements and striving for an “Outstanding” rating with CQC.
