Provide clinical and professional leadership to other Occupational Therapists, including supervision, development planning, and quality assurance.
Deliver specialist, evidence-based interventions (individual and group), including “Coping with My Senses” and sensory modulation/interception-focused work.

Promote occupational performance and engagement in meaningful activities across self-care, productivity, and leisure.
Champion a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach, supporting individuals to build self-regulation, restore occupational balance, and recognise sensory differences as strengths.
