We are looking for an Administrator to provide vital support to our Head of Commercial Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a busy commercial environment - supporting the smooth running of our shopping village, working with tenants, coordinating contractors, and contributing to exciting centre events. About the Role:The role will be based within our Property Group team at the Peak Village Shopping Village, Rowsley (part of the Chatsworth Estate). Devonshire Property Group is the business unit dedicated to the delivery of the Estate’s property development aspirations. It achieves this by identifying development opportunities, be they land or buildings, owned by the Estate and adding value through the planning and development process.In this role, you will make a big impact by: Managing invoices, purchase orders, and financial adminAssisting with legal documents and tenancy updatesCoordinating event and market trader communicationsMaintaining databases like QUBE, Saeker, and Fixed FlowSupporting contractor liaison and office supply managementDelivering excellent customer service and stakeholder communicationThis is a permanent, part-time role working 16 hours per week (hours to be agreed) and will be based on-site. About youIdeally, you will have previous administration experience within the property industry or a comparable sector. You will be an excellent communicator and able to extend first class customer service to our customers, in addition to computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook and Word applications. If you have previous experience using applications such as QUBE, Saeker, First for Contractors and/or Fixed Flow then let us know. You must be able to use your own initiative as well as possess a willingness to learn.
