Summary

Job Overview

The International Recruitment Officer will manage and coordinate global recruitment initiatives, focusing on sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent from international markets. This role involves building strong candidate pipelines, managing overseas recruitment campaigns, and ensuring compliance with international employment laws and visa processes.

You will play a critical role in attracting highly skilled talent for the organisation’s operations, ensuring smooth relocation support, and collaborating with external recruitment partners, embassies, and immigration consultants.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for international candidates across various roles and departments.

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to attract top talent in key international markets.

Build strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions.

Manage visa sponsorships, work permits, and compliance with UKVI and international immigration regulations.

Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess cultural fit for international hires.

Coordinate relocation support including onboarding plans, travel arrangements, and settlement guidance.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand international workforce requirements.

Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and documentation for audits.

Implement diversity and inclusion strategies to ensure a global and multicultural workforce.

Monitor trends in international talent mobility, recruitment technologies, and global HR practices.

Assist in employer branding efforts targeted at international job markets.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in international recruitment or global talent acquisition.

Strong knowledge of international hiring practices, work visa processes, and immigration compliance (UKVI expertise preferred).

Proven experience working with international recruitment partners and job boards.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Excellent communication and cultural awareness skills to engage with global talent.

Ability to manage multiple international recruitment projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with relocation processes, international payroll considerations, and onboarding.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (CIPD Level 5 preferred).

Willingness to travel internationally for recruitment drives (as required).
