Oversee a team of relocation coordinators and support staff to manage high volumes of inbound candidates.
Liaise with recruitment teams to forecast relocation requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with visa sponsors, immigration consultants, landlords, housing agencies, and transport providers.

Create and manage relocation budgets and vendor contracts.
Troubleshoot issues related to visas, housing, banking, documentation, or pastoral care.
Track all relocation activity using CRM/ATS platforms, ensuring GDPR and immigration compliance.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in relocation management, international mobility, HR operations, or global recruitment logistics.
Deep understanding of UK immigration processes, visa sponsorship, and compliance (Skilled Worker Visa/Health and Care Visa).
Demonstrated experience coordinating high-volume relocations and working with international stakeholders.
Excellent project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Strong empathy and cross-cultural awareness when supporting international candidates.
Proficiency in CRM/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with creating SOPs, process documentation, and feedback systems.
