1. Install, repair, and maintain flat, pitched, and tiled roofs.
2. Evaluate roofing problems, conduct examinations, and make precise recommendations for replacements or repairs.
3. Assuring correct alignment and fit, measure, cut, and install roofing components such as membranes, tiles, and shingles.
4. Use a range of materials, such as rubber, slate, metal, and asphalt, and install them according to the right methods.
5. Verify that every roofing installation complies with safety requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
6. Utilize scaffolding, ladders, and other safety gear when working at heights to avoid mishaps.
7. To guarantee the longevity of roofing systems, conduct routine roof inspections and carry out preventative maintenance.
8. Work together with clients and project managers to fulfill requirements and timelines.
