Summary
Senior Chef de Partie – Monday to Friday – £16.60 per hour – Victoria Station
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team located just minutes from Victoria Station. This is a full-time, weekday-only position offering a healthy work-life balance and a competitive hourly rate of £16.60.
Location: Central London, near Victoria Station
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Pay: £16.60 per hour
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes to company standards
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations
Lead junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen service
Maintain food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
Contribute to menu planning and kitchen efficiency
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
Ability to manage a section independently
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
