You will be able to find a full Job description and Person Specification attached within the supporting documents or please click "Apply now" to view in Trac To work as a member of the POD (Purchasing, Organising & Distribution team) supporting in the supply of posture and mobility equipment. Receive and process deliveries both parts & wheelchairs To participate in the issue, control, monitoring and distribution of medical equipment and parts To pull equipment ready for Engineers, delivery drivers and clinicians ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery To receipt goods and check against order, updating the asset register on our BEST database and the Oracle software To ensure all returned equipment is reconciled and put back in the general stock to support good stock control To monitor expected delivery dates and proactively liaise with suppliers to inform clinical/ technical staff concerning unavoidable delivery delays and stock shortages. To ensure and maintain a safe and clean working area within the department at all times. Participating in product, IT, customer care and other training courses as appropriate. To carry out any general administration as required.
