Summary
To create the correct environmental atmosphere within which babies are cared for. To ensure that patients are given consistent, gold standard care which is benchmarked against evidence based practice. To ensure patients needs and parent support follows the Unit policy of providing family centred care. To provide parental support to ensure a safe and timely discharge. To attend all mandatory training and keeping accurate records. To administer medication in accordance with NMC and trust guidelines. To document all care given in accordance with NMC and trust guidelines. To ensure safe use of equipment and attend training as required. To ensure that uniform policy is adhered to fully. To support junior members of staff. Follow Infection Control policies and procedures.
