The Role
As a Trainee Plumber, you will work alongside our experienced engineers, learning the trade from the ground up. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Assisting Senior Plumbers with a wide range of plumbing tasks, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Working on first and second-fix plumbing in various properties.

Learning to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Developing excellent customer service skills and representing the company in a professional manner.

Handling tools and materials correctly and safely.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about starting a career in the plumbing trade. The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a plumbing or related role.

An NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) is highly desirable.

A solid foundational understanding of plumbing systems and practices.

A strong work ethic and a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
