The Role
As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you’ll be on the front line of delivering our services—making a real difference to the appearance, value, and longevity of properties across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out roof moss removal, biocide treatments, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing
* Working safely at height using ladders, towers, and access equipment
* Maintaining a tidy and professional finish on every job
* Communicating clearly and respectfully with clients and team members
* Following safe working practices and company standards at all times
Requirements:
* Applicants must be aged 25 or over (for van insurance purposes)
* Valid, clean UK driving licence is essential
* Physically fit and confident working at height
* Positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
* Able to work both independently and within a team
* IPAF and PASMA qualifications desirable (training can be provided)
Pay & Benefits:
* From £12.21 - £14.00 per hour (based on experience)
* Holiday pay.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, ( various hours)
* Full training, PPE, and uniform provided
