Ambitek are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Pipefitter welder / Fabricator to join our clients team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in stainless steel and carbon steel pipe fabrication, who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication and assembly of stainless steel and carbon steel pipework
Interpreting technical drawings and pipe schematics
Working with various pipework techniques including:
Cutting, bending, welding (TIG/MIG as required)
Threaded pipework and fitting assembly
Ensuring work is completed to required tolerances and safety standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
️ Requirements:
Proven experience as a pipe fabricator in a workshop setting
Strong knowledge of stainless steel and carbon steel materials
Experience with threaded pipework is essential
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Skilled in use of workshop tools and fabrication machinery
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Must have own transport & either CSCS or CCNSG - work both workshop & site work
