Main responsibilities:


Prepare and draft
legal correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legal
standards.
Manage legal files, including
opening, closing, and filing documents in an organised and efficient manner.
Draft and review
Wills (both basic and complex), along with related legal documents such as
Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Communicate with
third parties, including the Office of the Public Guardian and other relevant
bodies.
Serve as the
primary point of contact for current and potential clients, offering
professional and timely assistance.
Schedule
appointments and coordinate with legal advisors to manage client consultations
effectively.
Handle incoming
calls, addressing enquiries from both existing and new clients in a friendly
and efficient manner.
Update and
maintain client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Training
Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard with Legal Pathways

Qualifications required
A minimum of 5 x GCSEs including English and maths at grade 9-4 / A*-C

Prospects
Every employee of RLG will have their own opportunity to
create a personal business plan to map out the next 12-months of their career.
This can be tailored to career progression, obtaining a specific qualification
or want to progress into a different area of the business. Once the plan has
been created, a meeting will be held with line manager to review and put steps
in place to help achieve goals.
