Chichester College Group Ref: CCGMKT1 Website Co-ordinator £24,791 - £25,935 per annum 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Join our digital future!We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Website Co-ordinator to help shape and maintain the online presence of Chichester College Group.You’ll keep our websites fresh, accessible, and aligned with our brand, making sure content supports campaigns, drives engagement, and gives users a seamless experience.What you’ll doMaintain and update website content (text, images, video, graphics).Create and publish new pages to support events, recruitment, and campaigns.Monitor for broken links, accessibility, and user experience.Collaborate with marketing, curriculum, commercial and PR teams.Use analytics to report on performance and support SEO improvements.Co-ordinate with CMS providers and ensure smooth technical integrations.Proofread and edit content to meet tone and brand standards. What you’ll bringExperience managing and updating web content.Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and Microsoft Office.Level 3 qualification in IT, Communications, English or a related field.Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
