Salary: £28 + £3.38 accrued holiday pay
As part of the eligibility criteria for this role, we require candidates to have completed the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules.
If you have not yet completed these modules, don't worry - we are happy to support you in obtaining them. You will be provided with direct access to the required training materials. The training costs approximately £210 (One time Payment), and successful completion is necessary prior to commencing the role.
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from the National Autistic Society, which can serve as a valuable addition to your professional profile. This certification is widely recognised and can strengthen your CV when applying for roles that support individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions.

Job Summary
Provide individualized study skills support to neurodiverse students, fostering their academic success and independence. This involves creating supportive learning plans, implementing effective teaching strategies, and building strong rapport with students.
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification and a relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, PGDE, AFHEA or equivalent)
- Completion of relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules (support provided if needed)
- Relevant experience supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, or other neurodiverse conditions is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualification/Education
Postgraduate qualification and a relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, PGDE, AFHEA or equivalent).
ExperienceExperience supporting neurodiverse individuals is preferred but not essential. A passion for supporting students and a commitment to person-centered care are key.
