Summary
The Shopmobility Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Shopmobility service, providing support to customers who require mobility equipment to access local facilities. In addition to managing the service, the officer will undertake a range of administrative duties including booking management, maintaining accurate service records, handling customer enquiries, and producing reports. This dual role ensures a streamlined and cost-effective approach to service delivery, enhancing customer experience while supporting operational efficiency.
This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
