Summary
To support and enable services and service leads to develop project plans to improve and develop service and implement change. This will include persuading and negotiating, resource planning, standard setting and performance management in multi-disciplinary teams across Services. To work with operational teams to help embed the culture of continuous improvement enabled by digital transformation. This will require well developed communication skills in order to successfully challenge current practices and propose change. To bring new working and project management quality and quality improvement principles to both clinical and administrative teams at every level. To communicate project development and quality improvements to the services and help leads to assess their impact. To develop close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders including other services, corporate functions i.e. Digital Health and Care Wales, Planning and Partnerships, Performance, third sector organisations, local authorities and other relevant networks to ensure wide involvement in developing models of care by conveying complex information. To participate and facilitate meetings with a variety of audiences. To negotiate with professionals and managers on issues that have significant impact on the quality and quantity of services, challenging practices and established processes.
