NVQ Level 3 in health care (or willingness to undertake). Food Hygiene certificate (or willingness to undertake). Experience of working with older adults Understanding of confidentiality issues. Ability to work as a team member. Delivering patient focused care. Ability to recognise own limitations. Typing/data inputting skills. Current full driving license and use of a car. Willing to work in other areas as and when required to do so. Self-motivated. Good time management
