Summary


Maintain and support all access management requirements, including NHS registration authority and internal information governance compliance within the Royal Free Hospital and satellite sites. Although
the primary site for this role is the Royal Free Hospital, there will be a requirement to visit other sites as and when necessary.
Implement and manage automation of access processes

Undertake role of Advanced RA Agent following NHS England guidelines, delivering customer focused, time sensitive and comprehensive RA service by working collaboratively with colleagues in Workforce
and Digital Services Directorate.
Organise/attend meetings, provide technical lead and research during the implementation of projects, which also includes on-going support.
Identify & provide access requirements for all Hospital staff to enable the use of Trusts clinical applicates, computer systems and software, ensuring all governance processes are followed and
individuals trained Provide 2 nd and 3 rd line support to end users.
Ensure trends in Service Desk tickets are identified, escalated & dealt with at the point of origin.
Duties will include working towards meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA), identifying hardware
faults, resolving software issues, implementing, and testing access to all new systems and
administration, creating documentation on new and existing procedures/systems, ensuring Digital
Services security standards are met and support the day-to-day Digital Services IT access requirements
of the hospital.
Enforce & monitor adherence to Trusts Digital Service policies.
Review guidance, implement policies and standards in line with Governance requirements
