Monitoring signs of fatigue or acid reflux and helping Ash stay to keep in a safe position.
Sleep & Fatigue Support:
Supporting Ash to adjust his sleeping arrangements, so that he is able to stay upright and be as comfortable as possible.
Being understanding and patient when Ash goes through periods of low energy and needs time to regain his strength.
Cognitive Assistance:
Helping Ash to process information in letters, emails and phone calls, by breaking the information down into simple, manageable chunks.
Assisting with written or verbal communication when needed, which will involve typing up emails and letters, or speaking on his behalf on the phone.

Communicating with HSCP, Universal Credit, GP surgeries, and pharmacies on Ash’s behalf.Helping with scheduling tasks, appointments and follow-up communication.
Mental Health Support:Supporting Ash during episodes of PTSD.
Following Ash’s guidance on how to support him during a panic attack or traumatic episode, helping to maintain a safe, comforting environment.
