Summary
A wonderful family based in Putney is looking for an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. They are seeking an experienced, caring, and easygoing individual with a basic understanding of child development. The role includes all general childcare duties, along with preparing and cooking healthy meals for the family.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, approximately 20 hours per week
Duties include:
Collecting the children from school and accompanying them to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments
Assisting with bath time and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
Ensuring the children's safety, well-being, and holistic development
Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
Putting the children to bed and supporting evening routines
Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
Providing homework support and fostering their academic progress
Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to promote structure and positive habits
Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks suited to the children’s needs
The family is looking for someone to hire on the 1st of September 2025, and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
