What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers across KS1 and KS2 classrooms
• Leading small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Providing 1:1 support for students with additional needs
• Assisting with behaviour management and pupil engagement
• Participating in training and professional development sessions
