Location: Warwick

Hours: 07:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday

Pay:

£12.50 per hour (without CSCS card)
£13.50 per hour (with valid CSCS card)

Role Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support scaffolding operations at active sites in Warwick. This is a full-time role suited to individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to work as part of a skilled team. Candidates with a valid CSCS card will receive a higher pay rate.

Key Responsibilities
Assist scaffolders with loading, unloading, and handling materials
Carry out general site labouring duties including tidying and clearing work areas
Support the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures under supervision
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and stored correctly

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in construction or site labouring preferred
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
CSCS card holders preferred (higher pay rate applies)
Commitment to safe working practices
