Summary

A great opportunity has arisen to be involved in managing key Council facilities in the District of Ashfield in West Nottinghamshire. We are an ambitious District Authority based in Kirkby in Ashfield, in easy reach of Nottingham, Sheffield and Chesterfield.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated individual to join our Facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of various facilities management services including building cleaning, caretaking, building management systems, facilities contracts and management of staff at Central Offices, Northern Depot, Community Centres and Sheltered Housing Courts. The role will also be responsible for the operational management of off street car parking within the Ashfield district as part of the county wide Notts Parking Partnership Agreement

The role will involve regular travel to various sites in Ashfield, therefore a full driving licence will be required.
