Summary

Trainee Manager

Salary: c.£35,000 | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Laptop & Mobile | Pension Contribution

About the Program

Over a structured 2 - 3-year training period (depending on your progress), you will gain hands-on experience across every core area of the business, including:

- Engineering and Technical Services

- Order Processing and Operations

- Sales and Business Development

- People and Team Management

By the end of the program, you'll have a full 360° understanding of what it takes to run a successful branch—and you'll be ready to step into a management position, leading your own team.
