Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a challenging and fulfilling full-time role in Blackley (M9)?

Randstad is excited to be working with a partner school to recruit a dedicated and resilient SEN TA to support children with behavioural and learning needs. The successful candidate will be committed to a full-time position (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM) for the upcoming academic year.

We are looking for a professional who has:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role within a UK-based school.

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification from a UK institution.

  • Experience supporting children with challenging behaviours in a mainstream or SEND school.

  • A proven track record of helping to manage behaviour and de-escalate situations calmly and effectively.

  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and implement individualised support plans.

  • Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic nature.
